Some property require an advertisement in the newspaper although this is being used less now than ever before due to the response achieved by web sites. We also have many connections with Relocation Companies and often we deal directly with Companies needing to place their relocating employees.
Every aspect of making sure your rent is collected and disbursed to you on time is carefully carried out by our senior Property Managers and unfortunately in some instances it is necessary to appear in Court to complete a difficult situation, this is when our experience and mature outlook is invaluable. Court hearings do not occur very often with our Company due to our belief that communication resolves most issues. We do strongly recommend Landlord Insurance to assist financially in the event of a difficult Tenancy.
All maintenance issues are addressed and reported to you the Owner and where applicable our “tried and true” trades people make the necessary repairs at very competitive prices.
Inspections both quarterly and at the end of a Tenancy are conducted by us and a report is forwarded to the Owners to keep you completely in touch with your investment and how the Tenancy is progressing.
There are many other varied duties completed on a daily basis, which we are happy to discuss at length when necessary, however we know the most important aspect of the management of your property is to keep you in touch and informed at all times. Your investment property will be treated like our own.
